1. Reschedule Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change unexpectedly—whether it’s due to a family emergency, a last-minute change in your hair/makeup appointment, or a delay with your outfit. We’re happy to accommodate one rescheduled session if we are notified at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. We’ll help you pick a new date and get ready for your session.

If a second reschedule is necessary, a $35 fee will apply, and the request must also be made 24 hours prior to the original session. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.

2. No-Show Policy

We understand that life can throw unexpected challenges your way, and sometimes you may need to miss an appointment due to emergencies or work/family obligations. However, if you decide to cancel your session entirely, you will need to rebook and submit a new deposit to schedule a new session. The same applies to no-shows.

If a client misses their session without prior notice, the full session amount will need to be paid in order to reschedule. Your original deposit or any payments made towards the session will not be refunded. Rebooking will not be approved until the full payment is received.

3. Late Arrival Policy

We understand that delays can occur, but please remember that we have other clients with scheduled sessions as well. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be added to your final payment at the end of the session. This fee will not apply if we’ve agreed to adjust the session time in advance

 

Copyright Ownership:   In the event that any copyrighted works are created as a result of the services provided by Bold Visual Productions in accordance with this agreement, Bold Visual Productions, LLC owns all copyrights of any and all works it creates or produces pursuant to federal copyright law  (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, produced or created in connection with or in the process of fulfilling this Agreement, are expressly and solely owned by Bold Visual Productions, LLC and may be used in the reasonable course of Bold Visual Production's business. Bold Visual Productions will have the right to share the works produced and created as needed. If a client would like to request the non-use of any works created, that may be discussed amongst Bold Visual Productions and the inquiring Client.

Permitted Uses of Product(s): Bold Visuals Productions, LLC grants to client a non-exclusive license of product(s) produced with and for Client for personal use within certain parameters. Personal use includes, but is not limited to:

• Posting on client’s personal social media pages or profiles

• Personal creations, such as a scrapbook or personal gifts

• Personal communications, such as a family newsletter or email or holiday card

• Other discussed means of sharing

Booking with Bold Visuals Productions means you agree to the policies stated above.
